I always get excellent service at Kaufmans Auto Repair. They do their best to get me into their schedule as quickly as possible and get me back on the road. Very good at keeping me informed about work being done. Reasonable pricing and no surprises.

My first time using this facility, and to say that I'm more than impressed, would be an understatement! This place looks like the garage area at the Watkins Glen Race Track, NY. Squeaky Clean work areas. Great customer service, and a full vehicle report after the service is completed. I could not ask for more, please tell everyone about Kaufman's Auto Repairs.

My experience with Kaufman was the best I ever had at a car repair shop. The pre=appointment was communicated throough texting.I was reminded the day before and the day of! I was given an estimate and the estimate was explained to me and was all I was charged. The shop was very clean and organized. The customer lounge was very clean and had coffee, water. and snacks. After the tech did his thing what he did was put into an electronic format and emailed to me!!! I would recommend Kaufman's to anyone.
