My experience with Kaufman was the best I ever had at a car repair shop. The pre=appointment was communicated throough texting.I was reminded the day before and the day of! I was given an estimate and the estimate was explained to me and was all I was charged. The shop was very clean and organized. The customer lounge was very clean and had coffee, water. and snacks. After the tech did his thing what he did was put into an electronic format and emailed to me!!! I would recommend Kaufman's to anyone.

Kaufmans communicated about m repairs and would have made arrangements for post hourbouck up if required ! They did a nice job .

Excellent car repair service with honest diagnosis, fair pricing, straightforward information and on-time appointment service. Sabrina integrates knowledgeable front desk attention with the repair department and the combination makes for an excellent car repair experience. I took my Hyundai for an erratic headlight problem which required patience. It was accurately diagnosed and a new part secured within short order, much to my relief. Everything about Kaufmans is transparent, including a window in the immaculate waiting room looking into the repair area. I highly recommend Kaufmans Car Service and will return for all my car needs and services.
