I had an unknown problem with the brake system, and when I called the Kaufmans to talk about the issue, they had data from previous visit and talk to me through what options I had to make the repairs. They gave me an estimate, schedule an appointment, showed up, and it was ready as promised and priced I would highly recommend Kaufman.

I have taken my vehicle here several times. Sabrina has a level of professional customer service that you just don't see in retail establishments anymore. There have been a couple concerns that have come up in the past and Roger and his team did not hesitate to do the right thing even when it had the potential of costing them money. Recently, we found a semi-serious issue that was created by another repair shop. Roger and his team could have charged me full boat to correct the issue but they knew it was a safety concern that was totally unexpected and they did the right thing again and fixed it completely at a reasonable charge. I am thankful that there are still repair shops like this in Manatee County.
