Again, Kaufman to the rescue. Having had Kaufman'ns Auto Repair work on my 2018 KIA Sedona in 2023, I decided to have them work on it again. The windshield washer pump had been leaking for some time, after filling it with washer fluid more often than required. At the same time. I decided to have them check my brakes, since my wife and I are snowbirds, and put more mileage on the vehicle when we are here in Florida. They replaced the washer pump, and replaced my brakes and rotors, in the same day. The reason I didn't go to a KIA dealer, is that I didn't want to go through a dealer sales person trying to sell me a newer KIA, as they did in the past. I also have a nick in my windshield, where I was approached in the past at the KIA dealership upon checking in, by a windshield repair company wanting to repair it while I was there. I just wanted what I was concerned with to be repaired, without any outside interference from sales people. Also, after doing a check on the labor rates of the KIA Dealership, I found their labor rates were higher than Kaufman's. Again, I'm satisfied with the work they did, and with less of a bill than a KIA Dealer. I highly recommend Kaufman's Auto Repair if you want your vehicle repair done right the first time.
