My son will be moving back to Tampa next week and we will miss having Kaufman Automotive service our car. They will treat you right. Quality service is not easy to come by these days unfortunately and it isnt cheap. The peace of mind that it is done right makes it a valuable commodity when you depend on your car everyday to get you safely where you need to be. Thanks again.

They correctly diagnosed the problem and they fixed it. So why only four stars? Because I don't think we should have to pay for a software update from the manufacturer. If you own the truck, it should be included. Having said that I believe I have found my mechanic going forward!

My son has an older car that often needs a repair to maintain its age. I also interact with them remotely and I have never had an issue even though I am 2,000 miles away. Recently we had a major repair and everything was diagnosed and the repair made. A week later the car seemed to indicate the same issue was happening again. Roger was able to get it in for service immediately and provided a loaner for my son to get to work. There was a problem with a hose that was leaking and they repaired it the next day at no charge. I was more than happy to pay for it. No one is perfect but they stood behind their work and they helped to make it a smooth experience. I appreciate their commitment to providing excellent service and so will you.
