I have always been satisfied with Kauffman's. They recently inspected my car, made recommendations, and provided estimates for the recommended service. Their profit margins are too steep and charge too much. Sure it’s “their” price and “their” profit.. I didn’t feel it was fair to charge as much as they did compared to what the part cost.

The price is less if you buy it and install it yourself. That is considered do it yourself prices. We use quality parts that we stand behind with a warranty. We guarantee the parts we install with a nationwide warranty. We are a Napa Auto Care Center which provides a nationwide warranty at over 14,000 independent shops on most repairs.

My German auto had a major mechanical failure which Kaufman’s properly diagnosed and also determined was a recall issue. They kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend them for any mechanical work. You’ll have peace of mind knowing the job will be done correctly at a fair price.

Honda quote seemed high, looked up what I could online (Kelly BB fair pricing)--it was--then found Kaufman's in a search. Nearly all 5 star recommendations, written comments seemed solid, got a quote for $500 less than Honda. I like supporting local family business and hopin for trust and competent work at a fair price. Easy to work with, so far so good.
