I just got out of the hospital for an emergency UNPLANNED surgery and the last thing I wanted to have happen was to have my car have an emergency once I was good to drive again. I didn't know what to do and I am so happy I found Kaufman's auto! They were extremely nice from start to finish, very efficient, clean/welcoming waiting room, front desk to service techs seem to be genuine about treating people decent and safety and care is certainly a major concern to them. They made my whole experience stress and worry free at a time I really needed it. I would recommend Kaufman's to anybody! Super pleased and will be going back for my auto repair needs.

The most honest auto repair shop I have ever encountered. The cleanest waiting room with refreshments and the nicest personnel. Rhonda went out of her way to make me feel welcome as this was my first visit. They didn’t try to force repairs on me. The owner Roger met with me personally and gave me several different options none that cost a fortune. My highest recommendation. As a woman they could tell me anything And I wouldn’t know it but I felt I could Really trust him. If there was a higher number to rate I would give them the top number. Great experience At Kaufman’s.

I took my van in for an a/c problem and some other maintenance. Roger diagnosed the problem and called to clearly explain the repair and the cost. I drive about 20 miles to get to Kaufman’s, which I gladly do for work that I can trust is necessary and done correctly. Dependable, friendly service.

Fast, professional, courteous! Amazing staff, clean and sanitized customer lounge. Oh yeah, best prices! Charged almost half of what I paid at an 'oil change place' for oil and tire rotation. When you get a quote for a repair, it's honest and upfront. No hidden add-ons! All businesses should be like this one!

I discovered Kaufmans auto in 2010, and quickly saw that they are the quality trustworthy neighborhood auto mechanic that you always look for and can rely upon! I referred one person to Kaufmans auto years ago, and she has become one of their loyal repeat customers. Kaufman auto is great! You should take your car to Kaufman‘s auto!

I have always been satisfied with Kauffman's. They recently inspected my car, made recommendations, and provided estimates for the recommended service. The repairs were made in a timely manner and consistent with the estimate. I also appreciated the effort to keep customers safe from covid-19 by wearing masks and social distancing.

Their profit margins are too steep and charge too much. Sure it’s “their” price and “their” profit.. I didn’t feel it was fair to charge as much as they did compared to what the part cost.
