Clean, clean!!! Great shop floor plan and it's all air conditioned too, including the work bays. There's an efficient check in counter with a very personable lady. The waiting room is separate with a huge window from which all work bays are visible. And the lounge is very clean and quiet and well appointed! Alas, testing of my vehicle led to a replace and not prepare conclusion based on repair estimate versus vehicle value. Glad to learn they exist!

I brought my car here for routine maintenance and was very satisfied with the quick service, reasonable prices and even complimentary round trip shuttle to my workplace while my car was being serviced.

We took our car to another shop and it became clear that the work was not only sub par, but the car was driving worse to the point of being dangerous. The Kaufman team took care of our vehicle quickly, communicated the entire time, and it’s like I’m driving a brand new car!!!
