Great professional organization with true expert mechanics operational prowless

I was referred to Kaufman's Auto repair by a friend a couple of years ago, it was the best recommendation I've ever received. The quality of work, professionalism and willingness to work around the customers schedule has me recommending Kaufman's to anyone that asks. I was one of the people that always thought dealership's were the best place to repair a vehicle. After not being satisfied with the service I was receiving, I went against my better judgement and took my "unrepairable" car to Kaufman's. When they were done with it, I was floored! It drove better than it ever had. That was two years ago and it still runs like a dream, as they now perform my annual maintenance. They know their vehicles, they are trustworthy, they don't over charge and they and listen to the customer. Thank you Kaufman's for keeping me and my family safe and on the road!

they are great and honest

The service I got from these guys was so good, honest and unexpected that it left me speechless. Seriously. I was stuck in Florida due to the Covid pandemic when I needed work done on my car. It was estimated,originally, to be about $ 850.00 which would have been a pretty good price for the work I needed done. I agreed. The car was dropped off on Friday a little bit after 8 a.m. . I was told I would probably have to pick it up Monday morning but they would try to get it done by the Days end. They called me at 1 and told me that my car was done and it would only be half price. Jim was AWESOME! I can't say enough good things about these guys except for thank you.

Well, after all these years of going to all kinds of different mechanics, I can safely say Kaufman is the best. They have proven this to me time and again. Not only are they true experts, but their pricing is fair. I have had issues where other mechanics had no idea of what was going on and Kaufman was able to fix it no problem. The best!!!

Honest & great service .. won’t take my car to any other repair shop !!

This is a shop you can trust. They do not overcharge or push unnecessary services. My car needed a laundry list of work; they gave me a list, helped me prioritize what was urgent and what could wait, and we scheduled services based on that. They are honest and do good work.

Great team, I had a hose replaced on my Viper and they did a great job taking care of my car especially with it being so low to the ground. Will definitely take it back there again. Roger and Jim were both great to work with.
