Gentlemen, As you are aware, my 2001 VW Jetta had a sever overheating problem and breakdown on Friday May 29 2020. Despite the malfunction of the cooling system happening on a late Friday afternoon Kaufman’s Auto promptly came to the rescue. My vehicle was quickly towed into your shop and the repair work began immediately. Kaufman’s rapidly diagnosed what the problems were and started the repair work. To my amazement the vehicle was fixed that afternoon. The Jetta was resurrected a full day earlier than the original date of promised return to service. The quality and professionalism at Kaufman’s Auto was demonstrated by both the office staff and the mechanical engineering team. The dedication by the team at Kaufman’s is commendable and sets a very high standard. Rest assured that I will have all my vehicles put into preventive maintenance care at Kaufman’s Auto from now on. Additionally, I will be providing information to anyone who might need auto repairs the recommendation that they take their vehicles to your place of business. It was a job well done.

First, let me start by saying the customer service here is INCREDIBLE! I was referred by a friend and I am so happy I came here. Rhonda was just fantastic! She was willing to help me with short notice. The mechanic (Roger) was very professional. They truly knocked it out of the park! Thank you for all your help! It was a great experience!

They were very polite and they gave me a quote over the phone and that's exactly what it cost it was my work truck and it broke down Fri around 4 pm and Monday was a holiday the call me Tuesday around 9 am it was done so was able to make all my installs that was scheduled I would recommend them to everyone that need good work and fast service this is the place thanks guys
