I came into Kaufman’s by reading a review on Angie’s list. I really didn’t know who to choose because I am very new to the area . I was buying a car and needed it checked out before it was all final. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. Barb , at the front desk, greeted me with a smile and some very helpful questions as soon as I walked in. She was also at the end of her day , however, she still helped me everything I needed in a professional , courteous way. I had the car checked the next day in the time she said it would take . I was given a complete run down of the car and I felt they seemed and I was comfortable with their whole process . Their prices were reasonable and I would suggest them to anyone I meet . They also have a very cool waiting room which is clean and updated nicely . You can tell the people here take their jobs seriously and do the right thing by their customers .
