We’ve used several auto repair shops before trying Kaufman’s and will never use another shop again. They have always been courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Kaufman's twice. On both occasions, they surpassed my expectations. They are efficient, professional and friendly. In fact, they even gave me a ride back to work after dropping my car off for repair. Who else does that? I'm truly impressed by their service. As someone who has worked as an auto tech, I can say it’s very rare to find a shop of this caliber. Lastly, I chose Kaufman’s due to the excellent online reviews. I was not disappointed!

My rotors were warped and pads nearly worn out. Kaufman’s got me in and out in one day and no more annoying pulsing when I apply the brakes, just a smooth, even deceleration! Great work!

Wow! I was so impressed with the courtesy and professionalism we were shown here. The owner Roger, Barb, and mechanic Jimmy were patient and thorough when explaining the issue with my van. They even showed us the problem and fixed it quickly at a very fair price. My poor old van... even though it is old, it's vital to me as a mom and they made me feel welcome and valued. If there was a 'car repair heaven' this would be it! I will absolutely go back.
