As usual Kaufman’s took excellent care of me...and my Honda. Lube, oil and filter and a complete brake job. They told me I could go a little farther on my brakes but I decided to replace the brakes anyway. A dealership would have tried to sell me brakes 20,000 miles ago. Kaufman is very honest and they do excellent work. When I arrive there they make me feel like family. I trust them. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. 👍

Found Kaufman's on 'Next Door' at a time when my AC decided to quit blowing cold air. Normally I head to the dealer but instead decided to find a local shop. After reading various reviews on both Google and Next Door, I decided to give Kaufman’s a try. Bottom line, I wasn't disappointed. Barbara (front desk) was professional, explained what they would need to do to check it out & promised to be in touch. Over all, the communication was excellent, repairs were done in a timely manner, the price was right and they guarantee their work PLUS I now have a working AC in my car! All is good.
