I called Kaufman’s on a recommendation from a neighbor. I was given an appointment for that afternoon. I was greeted by a very friendly lady who escorted me to their waiting room. It was air conditioned, had comfy lounge chairs, coffee and snacks and a large TV. They were able to fix the problem with my Honda the next morning and even offered a ride to my home and a pick up when it was ready. Great service.

Very respectful Did best they could with what another company did not do and were paid to do I would recommend Kaufmans for all your vehicles maintenance Very straight forward Pleasant family style atmosphere Keep me up to date on what was going on with my vehicle If you are looking for a family ,honest and well knowledgeable group of people to care for all your vehicle needs then go by and see them you will not be disappointed.
