Outstanding....”Auto Repair Shop”. !!!! Professional, Excellent on Communications, Extremely Clean Shop, FAST Service., So fast that as soon as they finished with my wives brakes on her Mini Cooper-S, I then decided to bring my vehicle in and they did my Cadillac Escalade as well... I love everyone at this shop. They are professional, caring, efficient, and honest.

I called in the morning. I brought the truck in. Within an hour they diagnosed problem. I had a brand new starter installed and my truck by the end of day. They also do a complete check for any potential issues. Barb is great in the office explaining everything ... Recommend them to everyone I can..

I've spent my entire adult life seeking out honest auto shops. It took me quite awhile, but finally the eagle has landed. My son referred Roger and team to me after he had scoured the internet to find a good shop. I've been to Kaufman's a few times over the last year or 2 and they're always prompt, honest and quite surprisingly- fairly priced. It's evident to me that Roger is in this business to create long term relationships- he's not transactional which is extremely rare in his business. Thank you Kaufman's!
