Felt confident. I don't usually give my two cents worth on reviews but I find that this time the public ought to know that there are repair facilities out there that you CAN trust and Kaufmans is definitely on top of that list. I had a spongy brake problem on my 2010 Town & Country van and as any Chrysler/Dodge van owner of this 2010 vehicle knows brakes are a real issue. I got on line on the Chrysler forum to find out if anyone else was having the same problem and wow there's a pretty long list of horror stories about their repair costs. I've given up going to Dodge/Chrysler repair facilities for quite a while now, since I first started going to Kaufmans. Roger Kaufman is very knowledgable on all make of vehicles, as I found out 2 yrs ago on my son-in laws Audi. As usual Roger cured the problem, as he has in the past with any issues I might have brought to him. Here's what I have to say, is he cheap? No. Is he reasonable? Yes. Does he make excuses? No. Does he fix your problem? Always has.! What more could you want?Reply: Thank you Robert for your business and support. We strive to fix the customers concern and return it better than when the vehicle came in. Roger Kaufman
