I was so happy and impressed with the customer service I received from Roger and Rhonda at Kaufman's Auto Repair.I had been given an estimate of around $500 by a local dealership to resolve an issue I was having with my vehicle. Roger quoted me a price of $352 for the same repair BUT advised me that I likely did not need the recommended repair at all. He offered to look into the issue for free.I took him up on his offer, and he was able to confirm the costly repair was not necessary. He investigated and fixed the issue free of charge.I highly recommend Kaufman's.

I had a concern about my car, but I was not sure if there was anything wrong with it. I called and was able to make an appt for the same day. They took my car for a test drive and inspected it to see if there were any problems, but it seemed fine. They spent time with me and my car at no cost, absolutely free. And they were friendly as well. I'm glad they were honest with me about my car, and if I have any problems in the future, I will go back to them. Seems like an honest and trustworthy company!
