Kaufman's is the best auto repair shop I have every had the pleasure of using. Recently, my Toyota Avalon broke down up in Tampa. I had it towed to Kaufman's on a Sunday. By 4:30 pm on Monday, it was fixed and ready for pick up. No matter whom you speak with at Kaufman's, you are treated with respect. Kudos to Kaufman's.
