Kaufman’s auto repair is the only place that I take my cars to for troubleshooting and repairs. They are courteous and quick to respond. Their estimates have always been reasonable as well as accurate with no last-minute surprises or tack ons. They have always resolved any repair issues that I have had. The entire staff is respectful and happy to discuss any questions or issues that you may arise. I trust them, and, from my experience, that trust is important to them and something they strive to maintain.

I found this shop on Maps and decided to stop in because my low pressure tire light kept coming on in my car. Sabrina at the front was very nice, informative, and fit me in right away as I was a walk in. They patched my tire in a very timely matter and had me on my way. Roger the owner checked me out and was a very nice guy as well. They have a large garage in the back, a nice waiting area, very friendly. I will go back again for sure if I have any car repair needs!

Very friendly and efficient staff. Got an appointment at 8:00am the next day. Roger ran a test on the car within minutes. We left the car and got an email a couple hours later with work to be done with an accurate estimate. Picked the car up around 4:00pm. We will be bringing both of our autos to Kaufman's in the future. Highly recommend this auto shop.

We appreciate the compliments you left us, it means a lot. We ran diagnosis on your check engine light and replaced the purge valve,. We also replaced the cabin air filter on your Ford Edge.
