I'm very satisfied with the service I received from this shop. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. My check engine light had come on, and they diagnosed the problem quickly. I received a print out describing the recommended repairs as well as the cost for each recommendation. No work was done until I approved it. Repairs were done in a timely manner, and the issue was resolved. This shop has a reputation for honesty, so I wasn't worried about having any unnecessary work done. The waiting room and garage area were clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Kaufman's to anyone looking for a good mechanic.

Another great experience with Kaufman's Auto. Took in my wife's Nissan Altima for service, which was completed in a timely manner. I was kept informed of what repairs were needed, their pricing and when they were completed. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
