Very courteous and very professional

We appreciate you coming in for the first time and trusting us to take care of your Ford F150. We changed the oil and filter, ran diagnosis for an abs issue you were having, replaced the abs module, four tires, wheel alignment, front and rear brake job, BG brake fluid exchange, front stabilizer links, and wiper blades.

Went to Kaufman's again for maintenance needs on my CRV. Getting ready for a trip to the NC/TN mountains over the summer and had my brakes replaced. I was informed I probably only had a few hundred miles left on them. I was hoping I wouldn't need the rotors taken care of, which as it turned out was not needed. Roger and his techs always do a great job. As I've said in previous reviews, they treat you like family. They're very professional, understand your concerns, treat you with respect, and most important they are honest. They don't take advantage of you by suggesting or insisting on an unnecessary repair or replacement. The waiting room, restrooms, and garage are very clean. I highly recommend Kaufman's for all of your auto repair needs - a definite 2 thumbs up and 5 out of 5 stars!. In fact, I'm having my wife's convertible get an oil change and tire rotation in a few days.
