I found Kaufman's Garage while looking online for an auto repair garage, in lieu of a KIA dealership, for non-warranty repairs. I was impressed with the multiple reviews I read from a variety of customers, with a variety of repairs performed by Kaufman's. So I decided to give them a try. I was extremely satisfied with their service. Everything was performed as promised. After figuring what I spent with Kaufman's, against the estimate given by the KIA dealership, It cost me less at Kaufman's for the same repairs. Additionally, they gave me a discount card, good for any repairs or services, for any quarter of the year. The receptionist was very accommodating with an appointment that was convenient for me. The customer lounge was very clean, had wifi, a TV, snacks, coffee and reading material. I will use them again for non warranty work. Chain shops try to sell you repairs you don't need. Kaufman's didn't do that. I appreciate an honest garage. They even sent me an autographed card from every member of his shop, as a thank you for my business. Kaufman's cares about his customers.
