THE BEST EVER, CLEAN, COMFORTABLE & WELL APPOINTED WAITING ROOM, PERSONABLE & CARING FOLKS, EVEN A PERSONABLE THANK YOU CARD JUST RECEIVED! THEY WENT BEYOND SERVICE, INFORMATIVE AND MORE THAN FAIR. THEY WERE RECOMMENDED BY ANOTHER REPUTABLE MECHANIC. TEN MINUTES ON THE LIFT REVEALED MUTIPLE PROBLEMS SHOWN ME BY RHONDA & MIKE. MY DECISION THEN WAS TO SCRAP THE CAR AS IT WAS MIRACULOUS I MADE IT TO THE GARAGE IN THAT CONDITION. ESPECIALLY RECOGNIZED " THE HAND OF GOD PROTECTING ME" SINCE I'D JUST DROVE IT NORTH TO HELP MY SISTER IN AN EMERGENCY! RHONDA EVEN CALLED FOR ME GETTING THE BEST PRICE FOR MY CAR INCLUDING TOWING, THEN LOWERING MY BILL SIGNIFICANTLY. THEY ARE THE BEST AS A FAMILY BUSINESS!

Took my Jeep into Kaufman’s Auto repair for an oil change and a diagnostic review to check my Jeep out totally for any other problems. This was my second time at Kaufman’s. I went back because they were so incredibly amazing the first time that I kinda’ couldn’t believe it. Been to a lot of auto repair places in my life and this place was simply on another level. They did the diagnostics. They found my rear brakes needed to be fixed (which I suspected.) Gave me an initial quote on all things to be done, which I accepted. Picked up my Jeep when ready and the bill was $260 less than quoted. I asked why and they said they were able to do some in-house work that accomplished what was needed to be done and this allowed them to eliminate the extra part charge. I ask you…is this the type of auto repair shop you would like to find. They are the best. Here is what I wrote about them the first time: “The work was done with total professionalism and integrity. This team provides great mechanical expertise and outstanding customer service! My family and I highly recommend them if you are looking for excellent auto repair at a very fair price.” This comment still holds true.

Eveyrthing was done in a timely manner and I was very pleased.

Kaufman's again hands down a very great experience, toughly reviewed by car and was not under any pressure at all and repaired all the issues I had.

Kaufman's is efficient and friendly with fair prices and prompt service. If you wait for your repair, their facility is clean and well kept. This is a great place to have your car serviced.
