First time taking my 2008 Yukon to Kaufman’s. We moved here 5 years ago and haven’t been happy with any mechanic until now. My truck needed a brake caliper repair which had been done in 2021 by a different mechanic but it hadn’t been done right and even when I took it back to the mechanic to say it didn’t feel right while driving he told me it was fine. It wasn’t. I was worried about going to a new mechanic but the experience at Kaufman’s was excellent from the first phone call to after picking up my truck. I’ve never had a mechanic follow up a few days after I picked up my vehicle to check in and ask how things are going. Excellent customer service and the work performed at Kaufman’s is top notch. Driving my Denali again and she sounds and feels great! We own 4 vehicles. They’ll all be taken to Kaufman’s Auto Repairs from now on.

The service was completed on a very timely basis. Everyone explained exactly how they were addressing my car’s problem and then completed it and then explained fully how the problem had developed. They did a great job.
