Today was my first visit and I am very happy I made the decision to go here. The facility is clean and tidy, and the tech and office staff each took the time to explain things clearly. Few things are more comforting than finding a auto repair shop that delivers a sense of reliability and trust, and that is what I left feeling today.

I cannot thank Roger Kaufman and his crew for the unbelievable work they've done on my vehicles. I recently had a shifting problem with my 2003 Jeep Wrangler/Sahara, which only has 45,000 miles on it. Unfortunately the part is no longer made and finding a used one was impossible. Roger and his team somehow managed to fix it after a lot of research and time, not to mention at very reasonable price in my book. If there's one thing I've found over the years is that Roger knows his business, and I have never known him to ever try to add on additional work that wasn't needed. I've referred others to him and ladies can rest assure they won't be taken advantage of which is so common at other establishments. If you have a problem with your vehicle, you'd be a fool not to call Kaufman's Auto Repair.

I am new to the area and after taking my car to another mechanic, i went to Kaufman who was able to diagnose and fix a unusual problem with my car. I highly recommend Kaufman.

I’d been away from Kaufman’s for a couple of years due to distance…they are a 30 minute drive from my residence, and my schedule inhibited my using the services I’d enjoyed earlier. After trying chain/franchise services in closer proximity, I determined it was well worth my time to travel the distance for the quality of service for value. Professional, competent, friendly, and a family run business. Can’t beat them.

Roger is the best! He always repairs my car promptly and always discuses what I need todo and what can wait. He is truthful, honest and efficient. I trust him explicitly and I have never been disappointed.
