The window on our car broke while my son was on vacation. I called Kaufman's and explained that my son had a flight home four days later, on a Sunday. Although they were very busy, they agreed to squeeze our car in before his flight. They discovered that the regulator was broken, ordered a new one and installed before he had to leave. Very grateful for their accommodation and understanding of the time constraint. I have used them before and will continue in the future. Great service and very fair pricing. Thank you again!!!
Thank you for your five star review and compliments. We found missing brake caliper bolts someone else had left loose and replaced them. We also performed a brake fluid exchange and p/s flush exchange on your Cadillac Deville. We recently replaced a rear window regulator as well.
