I had a vibration that another shop couldn’t diagnose. Kauffman found a bent wheel so that will get replaced and fix the problem. Their technician showed me the source of the vibration so I know exactly what they we’re talking about.

We checked all the tires for excessive load force on your Chrysler 200 with our Hunter balancer. We found one tire that could be reindexed to decrease the load force. We will replace the bent wheel we also found later on.
