Fast and responsive service - called up about a brake light that needed replacing and they had me come in that afternoon and did the job in 30 minutes. Cant beat that!

Spotless facility, absolutely amazing customer service and very knowledgeable, genuine, and friendly staff. They were quick to find the problem with my car and quick to find a solution; they also kept me informed on what was happening through the whole repair process. They even took the time to show me my engine and explain to me what was going on and how they planned to fix it, answering all my questions along the way. I had a vibration that another shop couldn’t diagnose. Kauffman found a bent wheel so that will get replaced and fix the problem. Their technician showed me the source of the vibration so I know exactly what they we’re talking about.
