We had a dead battery. Kauffman’s was to work us in even though they were booked a full week out, and their price was fair. The staff was great about proactively letting me know where they were at with the job While they found some maintenance needs during the complimentary inspection, they weren’t pushy or sketchy about it like other shops can be. I will keep using Kauffman’s. The do good work at a fair price, and they’re extremely honest.

We are new to the area and went off of Kaufman's Google reviews. Excellent communication, excellent customer service, reasonably priced, honest, and helpful. We will take all our vehicles to Kaufman's in the future. I highly recommend taking all your vehicles to Kaufman's!!!

I was planning a road trip in three days when my Nissan Pathfinder started making noise. I called Kaufman's and when I explained my situation they were able to get me in immediately. They were able to procure a new Radiator Fan Assembly and repaired my car in one day. I've had my car serviced there for the last six years and have always had quality work done.
