Has to be the best place I have ever gone to get my car fixed. Friendly service along side a commitment to not just "tell" the problem but will actually show you the problem. Best auto shop experince hands down. This still rings true once again. Trying to take my car on a roadtrip and I now feel confident about my cars safety. They checked everything for me and did it all in a single day despite being slammed. Amazing company and amazing service once again!

Took my 99 Mercedes S320 in for general maintenance. This was my second visit since moving to Sarasota. Once again I was 100% satisfied with their work. More importantly, I was/am completely satisfied with their overall approach, professionalism and mannerisms. I drive a 99 Mercedes S320 and have for her lifetime except the first 6 months. Kaufman's is only the second establishment to take care of her and will be the only establishment Ms Merci is entrusted to for her lifetime!
