Roger is always willing to prioritize work items for me. He even was kind enough to drive my car over to the shop when it was acting up as I was concerned I wouldn't be able to get there. I cannot recommend this auto repair enough!!!

I noticed big screw in the middle of the front tire on my Toyota.I called Kaufman's,Roger said,came as soon as you can.Tire was fixed in less then 30 MINUTES.Thank you technicians.I could give Kaufman's more then 5 stars.
