Roger and his staff continue to provide me with value-added customer service and maintenance on my vehicles. I have more trust and confidence with them, than the dealerships. I recently went to the dealership for a tire rotation and safety check per my maintenance agreement. When my car was ready, I was told everything was fine, including my tires, engine and cabin air filters. My maintenance agreement from the dealership provides for a free oil change every 10,000 miles; however, I have my oil changed every 5,000 miles. Kaufman's changes my oil and filter in between my dealership visit. I went to Kaufman's a couple of days after my dealership visit. Roger checked my vehicle's service record and the recommended scheduled maintenance items. He pointed out I was due (or actually a little past due) for a transmission fluid change, which the dealership missed. During my oil change Roger came into the waiting room to show me my air cabin filter which was filthy, dirty, dusty, and had leaves in it. Apparently the dealership said they checked the air cabin filter, but obviously didn't even look at it! Then Roger showed me a nail or screw that was in one of tires that the dealership also missed. I have all of my car manufacturer recommended maintenance services completed by Roger. His expertise and workmanship, plus his very competitive pricing makes him my "go to" place for auto maintenance. I highly recommend Roger and his staff, you can't go wrong and you will never be sorry.
