I called to find out about having two belts looked at. I brought my car in, which Mr. Kaufman looked at. I was ecstatic when he told me that he was able to get the two belts and to do the repair while I waited. The price was great, I was given a new customer discount. I was also given a quarterly discount card which I can apply for future repairs. They also have a great Oct incentive for changing brake pads - participation in an annual breast cancer funding. Mr. Kaufman is a great example of calm, I felt relieved after the work was finished.
