Kaufmans did a great job with the repairs on our 12 year old Toyota minivan. You wont find a more honest, thorough, efficient, and reasonable shop. Their communication is also primo. Honest and reliable. My car had an issue when I first got it. They did a thorough inspection, told me all that was wrong with the vehicle and made repairs easily and extremely quick. Just recently my car had another issue after being there 2 months ago, they fixed the issue that was caused by something else prior and did it free of charge after they sent me an intial estimate, and thats the kind of honest you never find. I've never had service like this for any of my cars. I highly recommend them above all other auto shops, great people and great service!

We had an absolutely great first service experience at Kaufman's Auro Repair with our Volvo C70 T5. Roger and his staff were courteous and quick to respond when I called form an appointment. They were able to execute the required repairs and maintrenance in a timely manner and at a very reasonable cost. After relocating from the South Florida area I am happy to have finally found an auto service facility that provides such honest and expert service for our vehicle. Thank you for the great service!

I'm very satisfied with the service I received from this shop. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. My check engine light had come on, and they diagnosed the problem quickly. I received a print out describing the recommended repairs as well as the cost for each recommendation. No work was done until I approved it. Repairs were done in a timely manner, and the issue was resolved. This shop has a reputation for honesty, so I wasn't worried about having any unnecessary work done. The waiting room and garage area were clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Kaufman's to anyone looking for a good mechanic.
