I highly recommend them. I live a long way from their shop but I will absolutely return with any auto issues I have even if I have to drive a little way out. They are worth it.

Had my car towed to Kaufman's after it refused to start and was smoking. I followed the tow since it was a Sunday morning on Halloween no less, and I'd have to see someone about it the next morning. Imagine my surprise when the owner Roger happens to be pulling in to do some work on another car! He was very kind in having me come in and fill out a form and explain the issue, and assured he would make sure I was taken care of. He followed through on his promise, turns out I needed a new starter and a few other maintenances that have it sounding like a new car upon start up. Would highly recommend them!

I took my car to be serviced at Kaufman's for the first time yesterday. I was impressed by the total professionalism of the management. I was informed every step of the way regarding work needed and cost of repairs. I was treated respectfully and courteously. When I was unable to get there before closing time to pick up my car, they made excellent arrangements for me to pick it up late. It is hard to find honest, quality auto maintenance, so I am thrilled to have found them!

Fast, courteous, thorough, and fair. What more could you ask for when having your vehicle serviced. Have used them for many cars over the last 20+ years.

Car broke down and didn't have a mechanic since we moved. Looked at an app Nextdoor and see what neighbors are recommending. Chose Kaufman's and was not sorry. They conducted a bumper to bumper inspection of the car for free, as well as address the charging system problem. They emailed the PDF quote, and were excellent in speed and pricing. Talk about expert mechanics, they are phenomenal!
