Owner explained my problem and didn't "sugarcoat" it. Certain repairs to electrical wiring had to be done before originai problem could be repaired. He said he was short on labor and could get my car in the next week to do the repair. He was courteous and polite during the process. Nice, clean waiting area. Shop area was clean and organized.

Roger worked me in at the last minute and really helped me out after July 4th weekend to replace my battery . I appreciated the great customer service and quality of service .
